I decided to purchase my first apartment through The Bald Guy Real Estate team and i couldn't have chosen a better team. Blew every other real estate agent i was in contact with out of the water. I was introduced to the team after i rented Dean's yacht, Equanimity. That summer night and i was so blown away by Deans professionalism and his personality as a whole, I read his book and he became a bit of a role model for myself. When the time came to purchase an apartment i started working with Ally who is a fantastic agent who narrowed down my search and made looking at options in my price range so much clearer and easy to navigate, she was easy to communicate with and often impressed me with how she checked in and assisted me through the extensive time it took for me to find options for me and get my affairs in order. When i started viewing properties i was introduced to Kate who was who i was going to be working with the most through the rest of my first time home buying experience. Kate was a fantastic agent who always made me feel confident in what i was doing and communicated in such a way that took alot of pressure off me and made me feel like i was working with friends rather an agent just in it for the money. The Bald Guy Real Estate Team always had my best interest at heart and was always just a call away in case i needed them.
